Derrick Mueller as taken on a contract with CCI/Canada in the role of National Director. He begins a trip to Alberta to meet an great with some of the members. He flys into Calgary on December 10th and leaves December 16th. Feel free to connect with him when he is in the area.
Today is the last class at Conestoga College today. Derrick has been teaching "Attraction and Festival Managment" with the production of "when I look back I laugh" as part of actualizing what they have been learning. Great class, great opportunity.
I must say having a confernce and taking part in it in such a wonderful spot as Colorado Springs is defintily a perk...except when you get sick. 3 comedy shows, late nights, and long travel times have taken their vengenence.
Well after three shows in a row, "when I look back and Laugh" Christmas production has come to an end. We were able to provide an event for faith FM as part of their fund rasing capaign, provide complimentary tickets to "Nutrition for Learning" and raising some money towards their great work in Kitchener/Waterloo area and provide a way for youth unlimited to raise maney for their work with troubled youth in tri-ctiy area. But what really makes you feel appreciated are the emails from those who attended. Who laughed and felt encouraged. Thanks for blessing me with your comments, you made me feel it was worth it. Finally I must thank the Conestega students in the management and fetival course they did a fantastic job of putting the production on.

Forgiveness is a key tool in healing teams. It is the act of pardoning or more specifically the intentional act of mercy. It is a gift to another person and a building block for trust. Team members who experience forgiveness develop healthier relationships with others. To forgive is to gift love that may not be warranted. It is to be an example of grace, it is to take down the invisible walls that can destroy relationships and in turn destroy teams. Performing teams are teams that are able to forgive on another.
